Corporate Online (COLIN) and OneStop Replacement Project
ServiceBC was in the process of developing a business case to fund the replacement of Corporate Online (COLIN) and OneStop (two aging, unstable applications) with one robust business registration system, which would serve as a single point of access for citizens’ online business registrations with the objective to: enhance the delivery of services to citizens and improve their experience; reduce the Ministry’s technology footprint; and create value through customer satisfaction, reduced downtime and streamlined services.
