Court Fees and Fines Modernization (CFFMS) Project
Mejora Consulting Inc. was engaged to provide project management, change management, business transformation, business architecture, and solution development and implementation expertise to lead the Court Fees and Fines Modernization (CFFMS) Project. We were responsible to manage all phases of the project from initiation to closedown including resource and schedule management. We developed the governance framework, change management strategy, project charter and timeline which included high-level requirements, scope, costs, and resource requirements. Through facilitated sessions with key stakeholders from across the province, we were responsible to develop detailed business architecture, business requirements, system requirements, workflows, and service and business process designs. Further responsibilities included leading a procurement process to contract for a new system and development vendor.
FAMS Replacement Project

We developed the governance framework, adoption strategy, project charter and timeline which included high-level requirements, scope, costs, and resource requirements. Through facilitated sessions with key stakeholders, we were also responsible to develop detailed business architecture, business requirements, system requirements, workflows, and service and business process designs.
